Program Overview
We offer a variety of professionally designed programs, run by some of the province's most qualified coaches. All of our training is run at the second largest unobstructed indoor artificial turf facility in Newfoundland. With a wide variety of programs, please see the information below to help you find the session that best suits your child.

Cub Soccer: Classes for children turning 20 months - 5 years old. This program is designed to help children develop their motor skills, social skills and gradually develop their soccer ability. All of our activities are age appropriate, getting the children to use their imagination to keep them engaged. Time with a soccer ball gradually progresses as they get older, our youngest groups will spend 10-15 minutes in games with a soccer ball, while our oldest groups will spend almost the entire session with a ball at their feet. Children turning 6 in 2025 are of age for our Academy program.

Academy: We have an introductory group for children turning 6 and 7 in 2025, open to players of any level. For children 8-13, we have groups that are best suited to players who are planning on playing in metro or PYL teams in 2025. This program helps players develop their technical and decision making ability. For players 8+, sessions consist mainly of game-like activities, helping players with their decision making and positioning. For our introductory 6/7 group, sessions are a mix of technical training(teaching them how to pass, dribble, shoot, etc.) and game-like activities. If your child is looking to learn the game, increase their intensity and make faster decisions, this is the program for them.

Goalkeeper Academy: Available to goalkeepers turning 8-17 in 2025. We teach age appropriate technical skills through a program designed and implemented by highly experienced GK coaches - Sydney Walsh(5X AUS All-Star) & Hannah Noseworthy (2022 Jubilee National Champions & 2022 Canada Games GK Coach).

Skill Training: Available to players turning 10-17 in 2025. Sessions are fully devoted to players developing their technical ability(passing, shooting, dribbling, receiving, 1v1 moves, etc.) An example of a session focused on shooting: Players spend 10 minutes shooting against the wall repeatedly while a coach gives feedback on technique, followed by 15 minutes of shooting at the goal against a goalkeeper before a 2v1 activity where they face shooting opportunities while opposed by a defender, all of this progression wrapping up with a game where emphasis is placed on shooting as much as possible. Whether your child requires work on shooting or any other fundamental soccer skill that needs development, this is the program for them.

High Performance: For children turning 8-16 in 2025. Players at a U11 tier 1 and U12-U17 PYL tier 1 level are eligible for this program, with some exceptions for first year tier 2 players. Minimum two training sessions per week. This program has been running since June, 2023 and has had great success in developing player's technical, tactical and decision making abilities. We consistently have 100+ players in this program and recommend that anyone eligible for this program goes with High Performance.

SoccerFit: Off-season sport specific training program focusing on essential movement patterns, strength and stability to improve sport performance. This program is professionally designed by certified physiotherapists and kinesiologists with a background in soccer. This program is available to players turning 8-17 in 2024 and is best suited to anyone looking to develop their strength, speed, agility and running technique.
